Welcome to AI Virtual Try-On (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the website, and the revised terms will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The Service is an AI-powered virtual try-on tool. Users can upload person photos and clothing photos, and the AI model generates try-on preview images. The Service is for purchase reference only, and generated results may differ from actual wearing effects.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the generated results. AI-generated images are for reference only and should not be the sole basis for purchase decisions.

Certain features of the Service require account registration. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly when changes occur.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms.

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading person photos and clothing photos, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to upload the content, or have obtained necessary authorization
• The uploaded content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights
• The uploaded content does not contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content

You grant us a limited license necessary to provide the Service, including storing and processing your uploaded images to generate try-on effects. This license is solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You agree not to use the Service for the following activities:

• Generating or distributing illegal, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, violent, or pornographic content
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
• Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Service
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or training data from the AI model
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other non-human methods to batch access the Service
• Using generated images for commercial purposes without proper authorization

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are processed through PayPal for subscriptions and payments.

Subscription fees are as displayed on the page and may be adjusted at any time, but active subscriptions during the billing cycle are not affected by price changes. All payments are prepaid and non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions for terms violations and refuse refunds.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service and its original content (excluding user-uploaded content) are owned by us. The AI technology, interface design, code, and trademarks used in the Service are protected by law.

You have personal use rights to AI-generated images, but may not claim AI-generated content as human-created, or use generated content in scenarios that may mislead others.

We are not responsible for similarities between generated content and existing works. If you believe generated content infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

AI-generated try-on effects are for reference only and may differ significantly from actual wearing effects. We do not provide size recommendations, fit assessments, or precise measurements. Risks associated with purchase decisions based on generated content are borne solely by the user.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive will survive.

You may terminate this agreement by ceasing to use the Service and deleting your account. After termination, you will no longer have access to your account data, except as required by law.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall first be resolved through friendly consultation.
