Payment Information

For paid subscriptions, payment processing is handled by PayPal. We do not directly store your credit card or bank account information. PayPal provides us with transaction records and subscription status.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the virtual try-on service
• Process your subscriptions and payments
• Communicate with you via email (e.g., welcome emails, important service notifications)

ByteDance Volcano Engine

Your uploaded images are sent to the Volcano Engine Ark API for AI image generation processing. Transmissions use encrypted connections.

Cloudflare (R2 Storage)

Your uploaded images and generated results are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage.

Neon (Database)

Your account information and try-on records are stored in the Neon PostgreSQL database.

PayPal

Processes subscription payments and billing management.

Resend

Used for sending transactional emails (e.g., welcome emails).

Cloudflare Turnstile

Used for human verification during registration to prevent automated abuse.

We only share the minimum data necessary to provide the service and require all third-party service providers to comply with appropriate privacy and security standards.

The Service uses generative AI technology (Volcano Engine Ark API) to create virtual try-on images. Data processing during this process includes:

• Your uploaded images are temporarily transmitted to the AI service provider for processing
• The AI model may use image content to generate try-on effects
• We do not use your images to train AI models
• Generated result images are visible only to you and are not publicly shared

Images you upload may contain personally identifiable information (such as facial features). By uploading such images, you consent to our processing of these images in accordance with this policy.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

• Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing algorithm
• All data transmissions use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Database access is restricted and monitored
• Regular security reviews are conducted

While we strive to protect your data, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data according to the following principles:

• Account information: Retained until you delete your account
• Try-on history: Retained according to your subscription plan (free users: 7 days; paid users: permanently until account deletion)
• Uploaded images: Retained until the associated try-on records are deleted
• Payment records: Retained as required by tax and legal obligations

You may delete your account at any time. After deletion, we will make reasonable efforts to delete your personal data, except where retention is required by law.
